1. What is your return policy?
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Free return shipping is provided.

2. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Exchanges are allowed under the same conditions as returns.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
Orders under $100 CAD incur a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can also log into your account or contact our support team for updates.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or is missing?
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing, please email us within 48 hours at info@lasultanedesaba.ca.
Include photos of the damaged item and packaging if possible — we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund if eligible.
7. What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns for:
